It is my mission, and more importantly, my passion, to provide
those that suffer from chronic physical pain and the affects of stress
with the many benefits that professional massage therapy has to
offer. Massage is not a magic cure but a simple, yet highly effective
tool that should be used to maintain good health. My goal is to work with
you, the client, to achieve an improved sense of well being and
balance.
I take great care to make every detail of each session special. I use
only high quality body products, my table is padded and warmed and my
studio is comfortable and soothing.
I honestly believe that by incorporating massage therapy into your
health maintenance routine, you are greatly
decreasing the likelihood of experiencing certain illness and pain.
Also, it has become clear that daily stresses can have debilitating
affects on both our bodies and minds. Massage is a healthful, highly
effective way to keep these problems at bay.
